Welcome to the Garden of Thought. The place where thoughts roam freely and truth is discoverable under each stone and on every branch.

The reality is that we all see the world through a lens. That lens may be accurate, or it may be misleading. One of the most important questions a person can ask is: Where does my lens come from? In other words, What worldview do I submit to? What truth do I live by?

My encouragement to you is this: seek truth, make it your own, and share it with others.

Antonin Sertillanges once said, “Love truth and its fruits of life, for yourself and for others; devote to study and to the profitable use of study the best part of your time and your heart.” Your life is limited and so what will you do with it? Your time is limited in tending to your garden. What will you grow? What will you prune? What truth will discover?

I hope you spend ample time in your garden. Don’t be afraid to toil in the dirt. The garden grows whether you want it to or not. But you have the privilege to shape into something wonderful. Get your hands dirty. Get a little sun-burned. Love truth and all its fruits.
